About this role

It's our mission to build the best possible software that will help our clients to scale. That's why we like to work together in an open and transparent way with entrepreneurial people that share our passion for technology. We love to be challenged by the business cases of our clients, but always aim to deliver a solid result.

Competencies we often look for are different kinds of developers: app, front-end and back-end. Of course it's nice if you know more than one language. Our stack is mostly Flutter, Vue and Laravel (at this moment). However, we're always open to learning new technologies if it's to the benefit of our clients.

Besides developers, we also like to have UI/UX design and product owner/strategist competencies in house. We also hire for some of our support roles such as marketing, sales and HRM.

Our work is mostly project-based. That means you'll sometimes go without a project for a while. We always try to use this down time as well as possible, for example for a study project, learning a new technology or writing a case study. Personal and professional development is always high up the agenda at Dutch Coding Company. 

Besides the work, we like to have some fun together, including city trips to Barcelona and Berlin, hackathons, parties (e.g. when we're exactly 1024 days old), board game nights and we sometimes happen to be at Statumseind when the clubs are closing for the night. Of course you're not obliged to join, but we love for you to tag along from time to time.

About Dutch Coding Company

We help ambitious organisations to realise their digital goals. We do that by developing digital products, such as apps and web platforms, that help organisations grow and enables them to service their customers in the best possible way. We support our clients with custom developed software and, after the first launch, hosting and support.

We're a fast growing studio in Strijp-S, the creative heart of Brainport Eindhoven. Our clients include startups, corporates and (semi-)governments, predominantly in Health/Sport, Energy transition and Industry. Our stack consists mostly of Flutter, Laravel and VueJS, but we have a passion to try out new things.

Being an agency, we think professional and personal development is super important. We work on multiple, short projects at the same time, which means you'll rapidly gain experience and we can apply the learnings from a project after a few weeks already. That's how we manage to deliver solid products that our customers can rely on.
